✅ When a Refund Applies

If a student, after enrolling in the course, works consistently and follows the instructor's instructions for the required duration (e.g., 2 months), and still fails to generate any income, they will be eligible for a full refund of their course fee.

❌ When a Refund Does Not Apply

• Refund requests made immediately after enrollment, or before completing the required duration, will not be accepted.
• If the student does not follow the instructor's instructions consistently or fails to complete the assigned tasks, no refund will apply.
• In such cases, the student must either continue working through the required duration or choose to leave the course at their own decision — without a refund.

📋 Refund Eligibility Requirements

1. The student must properly complete every instruction and task provided by the instructor.
2. The student must complete the full required duration (e.g., 2 months).
3. If, despite completing the above, the student earns no income, they may apply for a refund with proper supporting evidence.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
